NUTRITION IS LIKE WALKING ON THE BEACH

... and you forgot sunscreen, and there are sharks in the water, and you lost your car keys about a mile ago when you climbed over that sand dune… So you decide to just lay down and dream of triple chocolate german cake instead. Because that is “easier”?

What if I told you eating right for you is actually super easy, with some solid guidance and nutrition. That 6 pack that you so desire actually isn’t that hard to find. As long as you stick to some simple rules about your nutrition, and are willing to be open minded and want to really make a change in your long term health.

Lets start here:

Do any of the following questions haunt you and what you think about nutrition?
  • I Don’t know what to buy at the grocery store? Easy we will teach you.
  • I Don’t know how to cook? We run hands on open format classes to teach you.
  • I Don’t understand portion size? No problem we got that too.
  • I have so many food allergies? Yep totally manageable.

Guess what! If we had to give up oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, or dark beer, we would quit too! (Good thing we don’t even offer that as an option.) Fact is, as a species, we go out of our way to make this nutrition thing harder. All people really need is someone to help them figure out what they need to take in, how much, and how often, and then have a way to track it. (A really great way we like around here is how often you need to buy smaller pants. This happens a lot)
