As part of CA University you will overcome barriers you may have been stuck on before. You will feel like you are making progress from day 1.Details: Approx. 1 hour
Simple, effective movements including push ups, pull ups, rowing, swings, etc.
4 days per week
10 available time slots per day (M-F 5-10 am, or M-Th 4pm - 7pm)
This curriculum in total will automatically guide you step-by-step toward total body transformation. While your two months of personal training or small group training will teach you the fundamental skills to be successful in the rest of our group training here at CA, and out in the real world.
