POWER-LIFTING / WEIGHTLIFTING
Contemporary Athlete’s Powerlifting program is designed to move towards the technical excellence and mastery of the fundamental competitive powerlifting movements. The Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This program is limited due to its coach-intensive attention to detail. (6-8 per class maximum)
Power lifting focus is put on the 3 big lifts; Bench, Deadlift, and Squat along with accessory work happening along side it to increase mobility, and muscle development. 90 minutes will get it done, but plan to find out exactly how strong you are, and then blow that away.
Put your hard work to the test on the platform and participate actively in Weightlifting and Powerlifting meets.
