It has been our dedicated drive to bring the best indoor rowing and strength training to the area. CAir is the product of that focus. This small group training operates on a programmed progression based format. All training sessions are 90 minutes long with very clear training guidelines that operate in a safe, highly coached, and goal focused environment. Our goal is to help you get stronger, and faster both on the ergometer, and off of it. The focus of our program is to develop a faster 2k, and 5k ergometer time over the course of our training. Thus preparing you to be more effective on the water for your respective rowing program.

We are so convinced with the results of the CAir program and if you are consistent, coachable, and commited to your goals that we guarantee at least a 10 second per on your 2000m time over the course of the training period. If you do not get the results you desire here, we will happily give you your money back.
