Semi-private personal training is a small-group coaching session where one trainer works with 2–4 clients at once. It provides the customized programming and expert guidance of one-on-one training at a more affordable, shared cost.

Stretch therapy is a manual technique where a certified professional uses assisted stretching and mobilization to improve your flexibility, range of motion, and physical performance. Unlike independent stretching, the therapist uses specific angles and resistance to target deep connective tissues.

 

  • Assisted Movement: The therapist performs the work, allowing your muscles to fully relax and reach deeper ranges.
  • Pain Relief: It helps alleviate chronic tension, muscle stiffness, and joint compression.
  • Injury Prevention: Improved mobility reduces the risk of strains and enhances overall functional movement.
  •  It increases blood flow to muscles, aiding in recovery after intense workouts or long periods of sitting.
