What You’ll See on Your Result Sheet

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass & Fat Mass — shows if training is building the right tissue.
  • Body Water & ECW/TBW Ratio — hydration balance that can flag swelling/retention.
  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) — helps right‑size your daily calories.
  • Visceral Fat Estimate — central fat linked to risk; we aim to bring this down safely.

How We Use Your Results

Your coach reviews your result sheet and adjusts your plan training volume, lifts, conditioning, and nutrition targets so you keep progressing without flare‑ups. We’ll also set your next scan date to maintain momentum.
